My apps are not working as expected, workflows are taking forever to execute, Any one with same issues?

Load times increased overnight

Hi, woke up this morning to find my repeating groups loading very slowly, feels like 10x slower. They only have 5 rows and as far as I can see they should not be causing any problems like this. Only change I have made is to add more rows to one of the option sets that the repeating group searches but I tested after doing this and it worked fine.
