Bubble editor Layout & conditional Tab not working?

Hello Everyone

Does anybody having issues with Layout & conditional tabs
I am unable to click on that.
Looks like it’s stuck since 30 minutes (I refreshed my editor 4/5 times)

I just want to confirm before i raise this to bubble support ?

Working for me but does seem a bit finnicky and slow to respond (or maybe that’s all in my head). FYI still on v25 though.

Newest version and very smooth
