Bubble Hosting file on custom path

Dear Team,

Regarding Apple Pay, after enabling it and adding the domain for our application, we received the domain association file that needs to be hosted at the following path: /.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association.

The challenge we are facing is that our application is developed using Bubble.io, a no-code platform, where Bubble manages the hosting. Additionally, we use GoDaddy for our domain, which does not provide cPanel access as it is solely for domain management. Furthermore, Bubble does not offer direct access to a file manager for hosting the required domain association file.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in guiding us on how to host the domain association file under these circumstances.

Thank you for your support

Hey @bubbleerx you can host these files in the metadata settings.

You can include the / in the file name and it will be hosted on your domain - all through bubble!

Same goes for the requirements for the Android .we’ll-known JSON files

Hey @DjackLowCode,

We’re currently working on integrating Apple Pay with Braintree. The Braintree team instructed us to host a verification file at a specific path, which we’ve done, but the Apple Pay option still isn’t showing up in our payment gateway. We’ve also added our domain name in the Braintree account as required.

Do you have any guidance on what we might be missing or additional steps we could take to enable Apple Pay successfully? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
