Hello to all! I’m a long time lurker, thank you for all of your knowledge.
I am hoping someone can shine some light on a situation for me with Bubble’s Ziggeo (free) plugin with the uploader and player. It seems that the uploader element always has to be a large size to actually show the record/upload buttons and the buttons will never center.
To clarify a bit more… I can draw on the Ziggeo uploader element and set the height/width to 260 pixels (fixed) and you will barely see the buttons inside of the uploader element due to the buttons will always be to the right and down, never centered.
I have also tried without size limits and I get the same result. I have tried having them in and out of groups, and all sorts of things to try to get the record/upload buttons to be in the center and visible without the element having to be absolutely large in size.
Yes, I have an account with Ziggeo and I have the token installed in the plugin.
Is there any way to have this uploader’s record/upload buttons visible and centered without having the uploader element very large in size?

The free plugin that is created by the awesome Bubble team is a bit outdated. We have talked with them about the best course of action for everyone when it comes to this and the reality is that this plugin was created when plugins system that exists now on Bubble was just part of the vision that they had.
The ideal solution would be to recreate that plugin as new plugin using the new plugin system that Bubble team developed in order to have it and you benefit from all the great features that they have added into this part of Bubble.
Now the trick here is that we would then need to remove the existing plugin (one created by Bubble team years back) that some customers are still using and replace it with our own new plugin.
Thing is that there is a great community who themselves created and are offering various implementations that you can use to add the latest features from our system.
Here is the list of the plugins you can check. If I miss any, I welcome anyone to add to the list:
Free plugin, with the available option to create your own plugin based on this one. It has a lot of features that you would need for common implementations.
Paid plugin offered by same author (Ryutaro) as above, offering some additional features compared to free plugin.
Paid plugin offered by a team that has created the plugin at the start of 2018 with nice feedback from customers.
Paid plugin, younger than the some others, however Lorenzo from their team was quite easy to communicate with.

I had been in contact with most of the people that made the plugins through emails or here and from experience the plugins they have made seem to work nicely. Authors of the plugins also seemed responsive and while I had talked with some more than others, from what we heard as feedback, the experience the plugins offered was good.
I would suggest checking which ones might seem the best for you and possibly reaching out to the plugin developers to see if they could help you test out the plugin or if they have the features you are after.
Generally all of the plugins offer much more options to you than the plugin you are using currently however amongst them there is difference in how things are done and what they offer.
I know this does not help solve your issue directly, rather suggesting using some plugin as a solution, however in this specific case, that is going to provide you with a better experience, implementation and features.

Thank you so much. You absolutely solved my problem. It is a horrid feeling when you can not figure out how to accomplish something and an authority on the matter reveals it is not you, it is the system.
I will 100% push forward with one of the suggested plugins that you listed.
