Building a forms/surveys/checklists website

Hi there, I’ve been wondering if it’s possible to build a website for making a checklist or inspection surveys such as this website iAuditor?

Functions desired:

  • We want to make the user be able to build the forms/surveys/inspection checklists
  • Have actions (logic) assigned to the questions
  • Enter questions in a simple way with different forms (Yes/No Questions, Slider for rating, Upload signature, etc…)
  • Forms are managed and controlled by the user.

Adjustable Dashboard:

  • Can users design his own dashboard using drag & drop elements?

Did you figure out or get a response on how to do this? Also, is there skip logic available in creating a form?
