Building a quiz app in Bubble with efficient answer highlighting, user progress tracking, and minimal database workload

I want to handle this with as little workload as possible (avoiding search for where I can).

Any advice on the best approach for this kind of quiz logic?

I might just use this as a use case example for my plugin Data Jedi and put this together this evening after my kids go to sleep.
