Building then handing over Bubble solution

Hi everyone,
Just a quick question to anyone who has built solutions and then handed them over.
I was thinking about polishing up my skills on Bubble and doing some free lance work for basic websites (I’ve seen a number of job boards locally wanting websites built with basic ecommerce functions). I was wondering what the process was like to create something and then hand it over to the person who paid for the project?
Or, is it a matter of creating an agency account with Bubble and going from there?
Cheers

hey there, I run a small agency.

I have tried different methods, normally what I would do is ask the client to create the project themselves, and add me/my team as collaborators.

( in my experience as simple as creating a project and paying for it, Ive found founders tend to be more committed from the get go. also I charge a significant fee upfront so I rarely have issues of clinets not paying for delivered work.)

if not, you can create the project and then transfer the ownership of the project. works flawlessly and is the easiest way when you start

The most straightforward and seamless way is having an agency account. If your client already started an app and is on starter, they can add you without any additional cost.

If you’re building a new app, you create it, build it, add your client as a collaborator, then when you’re ready, you can transfer the app to the client and have the option to stay on as an admin collaborator (this is new thanks to @theo.goldberg)
