Can I host my bubble app with an external host? like the godaddy one? 
Bubble is a not an open-source platform. Even if Bubble did offer a self-hosted solution, no shared hosting even remotely close to $19/month will be able to match Bubble’s resource demands. It’s best to stick with what is already available. Think about it - the entire infrastructure is on AWS which is an extremely-scalable cloud network that is powering the most high-growth companies in the world including Uber and Netflix.
