Cant deploy my apps on hobby plan!

I currently have a hobby plan, but now I can not deploy my apps without upgrading to a paid plan.
Have I missed something?

Anyone else having the same problem?

Is it a legacy plan? Or a new app on the free plan?

If it’s the free app (non legacy) you cannot deploy without upgrading.

Yea, i know. It was not the free plan. It was on a legacy plan.
