i just made an app on free plan and i can’t deploy live because it’s free plan. i don’t want to upgrade to another plan, and still want to make my app live.

Today we’re announcing some changes to our free plan . These changes only affect new apps created going forward as of today, February 26, 2021; apps that are currently on the Hobby plan are not impacted.

You should upgrade to a paid plan to make your app live. That means, only “testing” is possible in the free plan. Hope this helps.
