I can't deploy my application

Hi, Im using the free plan on bubble but when I want to deploy my application it says:
“We had an error deploying your app: Your plan does not let you deploy to live. Please upgrade to a higher plan”
Dosen’t bubble allow to publish my site for free? (With subdomain and bubble branding of course)

These changes only affect new apps created going forward as of today, February 26, 2021; apps that are currently on the Hobby plan are not impacted.
