Change Application Primary Language

Hi,

Although there is a topic with the same issue I’m having, it is closed and doesn’t solve my problem.

I already change the primary language but the application didn’t change from english to portuguese.

That’s not what is supposed to happen

I already changed my browser and OS language to see if that could be the problem…

but it didn’t change anything…
