Hi all, for some reason when I change an input, it doesn’t save in the database.
I’ve used this workflow 100s of times but recently changed my data structure so assuming that’s what’s causing it not to trigger.
Here’s the data structure and workflow below:
Database structure:
Prospect (Account I.e., Microsoft)
MEDDPICC ( qualification method/text
MEDDPICC relates to each prospect (Account) which follows the workflow: Make changes to current page’s prospect - MEDDPICC - Metrics
Any help would be appreciated - thank you

Have you used the debugger to see where the problem is?
Hi again,
It doesn’t help me very much I’m afraid
It seems there is an error with your workflow.
Are you sure what you are making changes to isn’t a different datasource?
Hi @tobixzybolumole and @net-tt , the problem still persists.
I can see there is data in the Metrics section now but it just isn’t displaying it. I’ve honestly used this workflow 100 times before
I have 2 data types that I’m referring to with this Workflow:
Prospect (the account)
&
MEDDPICC (text)
Surely it should be as simple as 'Current Pages Prospect’s - MEDDPIC - Metrics?
@net-tt @tobixzybolumole @adamhholmes @J805 any ideas?
For further reference, this is how I’m presenting the input

The best thing would to use the step by step of the debugger and follow the workflow. Click on the blue text to see what he data source is.
walkme step by step through your workflow
