How do I change the font color for the second field without impacting the first. I want company name to be black and job role to be light gray.

If you click on the Rich Text Editor you can change the color to just the part you need. There is a limited number of colors in there. However, when you close the editor, then it will show the color code so you can change it whatever color you want.
