Chart Condition not working

I have a Bar graph showing correct stats according to my below screen. this step I’m fine with, it’s working fine.

I have a Dropdown where I want to filter stats per day, week, Month/s.

I have tried two the below conditions which I believe they should work, but none of them work.

I would take your second route.

1. did you remove the second Grouping (Creation Date) in the second one?
2. what date format is Created Date saved in?

This the date format in my DT.

A strange thing is happening. When I do a condition, my actual settings reflect as errors, and when I just click on Data Source settings it goes back to correct and then the condition will be red.
This is before I do a condition. From this

and then when I set this condition (which does not take effect

And the errors I get just doesn’t make any sense.

Hi, @mxolisipn. I don’t have a lot of experience with the chart plug-in, but just glancing at the last screenshot, I’m wondering why the Starting date is being “formatted as” (which converts the date to text ). That seems to be one of the issues Bubble is complaining about.

Yeh that the issue that I do not get, I want to filter my report to show data for the week (past 7days).

So from the current date, I subtract 7days and choose the format type from the list. I don’t know why is it recognizing it as text.

What happens if you remove the “format as” operator? It doesn’t seem to be needed.

If it’s not filtered, I just see all my data in the database. I can’t have a weekly or monthly report.
It is just everything in the database.

I don’t think we’re on the same wavelength. I’m not suggesting the entire filter be removed – just the “formatted as” portion after the colon.

I did that, but it doesn’t work still. What it does it just break my first settings and nothing display on my chart.

Even if I don’t put a -7 it does the same thing.
