Check to see if field is being used?

I need to do some database cleanup and reorganization - as I was setting up my database/logic, I went down some rabbit holes, creating fields and logic that I ended up reworking and not using. Is there a way to easily see if/where a particular field in my database is being used so I can know whether it’s safe to delete?
