RNG and Fix tab order are both in use on the site. RNG is called from a function, not dropped on a page, which is what it appears to be scanning for. Fix tab order works automatically, so that also doesn’t get dropped on a page.
Possible upgrade: Offer a checkbox “I am using this plugin” which is stored permanently and prevents the application from trying to remove important plugins.
