Cleaning routine with check list and upload

Hi Experienced bubblers
what I want to achieve in my application is a cleaners check list routine.

I have properties which we rent as serviced apartments like airbnb.
Once guest left the property. I have different cleaners to clean the flat as a routine. sometime guest damages the property or leave very dirty. which we would like to report to Airbnb with least fuss.

I would like to make a cleaner routine check list, where cleaner can choose the followings in bubble
by date of routine check was done, time of routine check was done, report any damage by uploading pictures if only damage is done to property.

I am little confused how to achieve this, any help will be appreciated.

Hello, I want to create a real estate inspection app, where there is a property, in that property there are rooms and in each room there are items and in each item there are details of information.
It’s like a checklist that will generate a PDF report.
