Error while using click send sms plugin

Hi @prateek.porwal123,

this error occurs since you are not authorized by ClickSend to send any SMSs.

I would like to advise you to do the following:

  1. In case you do not have an account create a free one at https://clicksend.com.

  2. Head over to the Plugin tab on Bubble –> Select the ClickSend Plugin –> and fill in your credentials (i.e. username & password from the account you created at https://clicksend.com):

i have a account registered on click-send and following all the procedures ,earlier it was working perfectly

Hi @prateek.porwal123,

seems like you have pasted your API key into the “Password” field.

  1. Use the password you chose yourself when you created an account at ClickSend.

  2. Also put in a valid username into the “Username” field; seems that an @ is not allowed.

All in all: Go to ClickSend.com & Login to your account. Use the ¡SAME! Username & Password for the plugin page on Bubble.
