Toggling the on / off options in conditional formatting in bubble editor doesn’t have any effect
Yes we’re aware of that. We’ll fix this (hopefully tomorrow).

It seems all states are on now by default and there’s no effect of turning them off 
Can you share a link? I don’t see that here.
Not on the deployed application but in the editor… not sure how to share that
well a link to the editor, and an element to look at. You can also file a bug report.
