Is there any change for the conditional of element in the workflow ?
Impossible for me to get is visible , hover … etc
Even with the « technic » of the copy/past of the conditionnal itself …
Visible is available for element out of a repeating group AND only on the « do when a condition is true » …
Bug ? Change ? Any communication about it ?

This is where we usually use custom states. Simply add a custom state to the element you are interested in. Add a conditional that uses this custom state. And update this custom state in the workflows. That should be it.
Maybe my explanation was poorly explain 
The problem is the conditional in the workflow is not avalaible.
Why using a custom state for an hover or a visibility if I can’t catch the event itself in the workflow ?
