Configure an event and invite another user to it

I am trying to build an app that lets you configure an event and invite another user to the event.

The “other user” will get a notification when they are invited and they can see the event parameters the initial user has proposed.

That other user can accept or reject the event. The initial user will be notified in either case.

Is this type of thing doable in Bubble?
