Hi, I have created an app for my school. The problem is that when someone tries to confirm their email address, they don’t get an email. This is only the case if the person uses the custom email address of our school. With a Gmail and GMX address everything works perfectly, so it’s not a bug in the programming.
Does somebody know why it’s not working with my school’s email address? So what could be the reason for that.

Are you using a free SendGrid account? If so, that’s probably your issue. SendGrid deliverability is trash unless you want to pay a good bit of money.
