Confirmation email not sent

Hello. Faced problem with email confirmation for new user registration.
In my application, when registering, the user has to confirm their email. Everything works fine.
But if the user enters this email during registration, the letter does not come. This is corporate mail. If you are using a debugger, it is supposedly sent to But in fact, the letter does not come to the post office.

What is the reason? Please help me to solve this problem.

There could be various reasons:

  1. Your email can be blocking the mail from being delivered or
  2. Sendgrid’s mail ip is blocked.
