Need help with Sendgrid issue

Hi all
My site can’t send emails to a particular domain. Unfortunately it is the client’s domain.

When a user signs up on my website, they get a confirmation via email that they a re signed up and they need to click on a confirmation link in the email.

I have tested a dozen times and I get the confirmation email but my client never gets anything.

What could be causing this? How do I fix this?

If you have confirmed that the issue is, in fact not caused internally, then this would no longer be a Bubble issue; reach out to Sendgrid for support SendGrid
