Need help with Sendgrid issue

Hi all
My site can’t send emails to a particular domain. Unfortunately it is the client’s domain.

When a user signs up on my website, they get a confirmation via email that they a re signed up and they need to click on a confirmation link in the email.

I have tested a dozen times and I get the confirmation email but my client never gets anything.

What could be causing this? How do I fix this?

If you have confirmed that the issue is, in fact not caused internally, then this would no longer be a Bubble issue; reach out to Sendgrid for support SendGrid

SendGrid Warning for Newbies

SendGrid doesn’t directly tell you when your emails get blocked, and any emails to Yahoo, Hotmail, and Live accounts will get deferred/delayed/not sent/blocked. This has nothing to do with Bubble, it is a general SendGrid problem. This happens because SendGrid’s IP for whatever reason has been blocked by various email services.
