Connect a form (Google form or other) to Bubble

Hello,

I would like my clients to enroll in my school via a form that I will embed in my Wordpress website. I would like that all responses from that form come to my Bubble App. The catch is I have multiple schools in my DB, so I guess the form should contain the school ID, so the form response is sent to the correct school.

Have you got any idea how can I connect a form (Google form or Typeform) to bubble and receive responses from that form in my Bubble DB ?
