My apologies for my misunderstanding, I didn’t see you are Brazilian..
Attached are images of the API that makes the initial call to CA through the workflow, followed by images of the CA authorization page after entering a test username and password, and finally the output with the error…

Segundo a documentação, é nessa página que você vai conseguir ter acesso ao refresh_token.
Depois disso, você segue para e etapa 2, que é de alterar esse código, conforme documentação API deste link. Você chegou até que parte do processo de integração?

Are you testing on version test? You didn’t put the authentication credentials for the development version, that might be it.

Yes, I’m in Conta Azul develpment enviroment (test). Yes, I’m using App ID and App Secret; if I don’t include them, it gives another error saying I can’t leave Id/Secret blank.
Also, I’m using OAuth2 User-Agent Flow (method).
Do you make an Integration with Conta Azul?
