I have a popup that displays information about cookies and the data my site is collecting about the user. I don’t set cookies on new visitors by default and therefore, I have a button on the popup “I understand” and then use the Opt-in to cookies. How can I hide the popup if a user has visited my site before? There is a “…is using cookies” but no “is not using cookies”.
Have tried to add a field on the user “is using cookies” which is a yes/no. When a user clicks “I understand” I make changes to the current user and then set a condition to the popup to only show when current user’s “is using cookies” is no. BUT the popup still pop up.
How can solve this?
