Crazy idea?!?!?! HTML Emails

Alright, I have a crazy idea. I want to create a marketing website where users can send bulk html emails similar to mailchimp, and salesforce. I don’t want to use the api’s. 1) do you think it’s possible to do on bubble and 2) how in the world would I even go about doing this?

Sendgrid API is the way I do it.
