Create a API connection to make a file private

Hello Bubblers !

I am trying to create a API connection that will send a file from my bubble app to this same app but when I will receive I will be able to make it private and attach it to a thing in my DB.

Any idea of I could achieve that ?

If I need that, it is because I am receiving a file from an external app (through API) but for some reason there is not option in bubble to make it private.
