Create a Dynamic Multi Slider Input

Hi, I would like some guidance on how to create an advanced input slider.

In particular it is a multiple slider, which can be dynamically powered. Not the range slider or the simple slider currently on Bubble.

Below I’ve uploaded a video of how it should work.
At first glance it seems that it is not easy, do you have any ideas?
