My comments were not focused on displaying data, just on sending emails
To display the data, I’d suggest when you save the birthdate, you also have another field of type number that is called birtdate month…use the birthdate provided and extract the month.
In your table do a search for members with constraint birthdate month equals current date/time extract month.
