Custom Javascript to Bubble

Hi I am pretty new to Bubble and struggling with getting Javascript/HTML integrated into my app and triggering a workflow based on the output from the script. I am trying to make something that looks like this:

I have the HTML/Javascript set up (using a public template i found) without considering how it could be integrated into Bubble. Should I use toolbox to actually send that data to Bubble? Any advice on how to do so? I am very lost…

Yes, use Toolbox. Otherwise it will not work. Also use the Javascript to Bubble plugin to pass data and actions between.
