We just had an issue where our live, development version as well as the data view in the editor did not load any data for 20 min.

I hope this does not happen again.

2hours long, no more a short spike.

Support answers as everything is ok, and status page is green

Same. The lack of reliability of Bubble is a nightmare.

Looks like there was a stuck query, which we were able to manually cancel. We’re seeing recovery but are still monitoring

I have reported the problem here in the forum already yesterday. Since 29th of April, we seem to have major problems with database latency, making my users feel that all of their data is lost since it is not appearing. This is super-annoying.

thanks for the feedback @josh , However, is it normal that the status page took more than 2 hours to report a problem, and that even you, based on the support responses, did not notice it sooner?

Don’t kow it linked with previous incident, but this repetition is “annoying”

No, not normal at all – this should have set off our alerts, and I’m surprised it didn’t. We are investigating why our alerts did not go off right now: they’ve been reliable for the last couple months at detecting issues of this magnitude.

This is likely unrelated to the issues in this thread (which have been resolved): please submit a bug report and we can take a look at your app. Moving between branches relies on a different system than the system that powers loading data
