Data glitch in repeating group

Hello

I am uploading date from URL to the database and then displaying it in the Repeating Group. It appears correctly like that

But then after split second changes to the same date but + 3 hours ( 3 am)

If I do debugging step by step it shows 12:00 am

I feel like my repeating group is not working properly because of that… What could be an issue?

Also in debugging it shows one value

But in database is stores other value…

What kind of magic is that…
