Yesterday there was a Outage. Today (now) status is showing “Degraded Performance”. We’re only 14 days in to Jan and the green status page bar looks a bit too multi coloured for my liking. I thought bubble had turned a corner on this…
A response from the team would be nice to show they are still taking this very seriously and as a priority.

I’m sure they are working on these things in parallel and that the behind-the-scenes side stuff is pretty complex, however I just hope they continue to communicate it properly.
The start of January has been pretty bumpy on their status page, to say the least, and would love to hear an official comment as to why this downturn & what they are doing to stabilise things.
Peace of mind and trust is SO important with all this.
