Just had to reschedule a demo in the middle of a call with what would be our biggest client because my application stopped working completely. This is the second time in two weeks this has happened.
I’ve literally had nightmares about this happening… It seems to be back.
I had it open just before entering the meeting. When I entered, everything stopped working. 15min later its back
I think it was bad luck.
It was a major client too… D:
Yiles! I must admit as a newcomer to Bubble I’m a little concerned about the stability of the core platform. I’ve had to stop working on it several times over the last month because of unexpected outages.
I’ve been considering introducing this to one of my enterprise clients, but I think I need to see the platform stabilize before I feel confident doing this.
Also, I’d love to see some more transparency around the root cause of incidents, the resolution, and what Bubble is doing to prevent that thing from happening again. Maybe they are publishing this, but I don’t see that kind of info on the Bubble status page.
wondering if this is on US time or Asia time…
I’ve noticed that the bubble app goes down quite a bit during asian timezone - assume they are just updating servers or something and choosing a low impact timezone to do a system update
Perhaps next time it happens open up the browser console and see if you can pin down which particular endpoint, or resource not loading that is the culprit.
