Starting new application, what is your recommendation for demo/storyboard/workflow application that will have the easiest migration to bubble.io. Like style/ dB/… migration

I want to start a new application, before jumping into bubble, I want to plan the dB. The UI, the workflow on a whiteboard perfectly with some interaction. Like moving between pages.
Example for such application is Walnut.io
I just want to learn from the experience people here
