So if I decide to go with the free plan initially and make my app live, what is the bubble.is url that is can be viewed at?
A bubble app is always live, and it will be at the URL bubble.is/site/yourappname/version-test/ for the development version, and bubble.is/site/yourappname/ for the test version.
What we mean by deploy is copying the test version to live.

Hi, I can no longer deploy a new app from my free account. Tried to open a new account, but still not allowed. Is this temporary, or have you updated your terms?

Welcome to the Bubble Community! You can’t deploy your app love anymore on the free plan, Bubble made some changes to their free plan. Check it out in this forum thread! You will need to upgrade to deploy to live.

Could we please be able to do that. I don’t have the money to pay for a paid plan. All I want to do is to put my site up for free and access it

Unfortunately, Bubble won’t be sustainable with tons of free apps. They need a way to keep all their employees along with maintaining their infrastructure.
is there a way to download the app i made for free because i want to make an app that goes on my phone but dosent need to go on the app store
open your app from the web browser on your phone and tap share > add to home screen on iOS. On android, just tap the menu on the browser > add to home screen.
