DNS problems - bubble app restricted by some sites

Hi,

I did a test with friends on 10 corporate sites and approx. half of them restricted my bubble app /website

Error message include: This category is blocked: Content Delivery networks
OR Uncategorized URL content blocked. Obviously they run firewalls etc. However the
https://myapp.bubbleapps.io/ URL works just fine in all these corporate sites.

I notice that the screenshot errors display a URL of http:// NOT https:// which suggests the (cloudflare) SSL didn’t load or is restricted…

Whereas when I test myself on multiple browsers or look at screenshot URLs of the successful corporate sites tests, the secure browser connection works fine (https:)

So is this something to do with SSL not loading in certain corporate sites or browers?

My domain provider is Uniregistry - do I need to get an SSL cert from them?

I’m very confused and have wasted alot of time onit. My Bubble developers seem none the wiser on this issue. I’m on bubble professional edition and it say my setting are fine

Are you currently on a paid plan? If so, setup your domain and then check the SSL box. Maybe that will fix it? I’m not sure but you can try to enable SSL. Hope that helped!

Thanks - I’m on a professional edition and it says SSL is mandatory if I’m using Cloudlflare.

@peterj maybe you have seen the above issue before?
