Do any of you keep your leads and data somewhere else?

I’m just starting my website again and I obviously need to start getting leads before the website is done. I know you can keep all your leads in your Bubble database but you don’t have board view to work through them like a pipeline, calendar view, you can’t keep notes properly etc without building an actual admin panel.

Do you guys build an admin panel and just keep everything in Bubble or do you use Google Sheets, Asana, Notion, Airtable, Fibery, Infinity, Monday, Excel or something? Especially whilst you’re building?
