To bookend this thread. Bubble waived the WUs from last month.

This could be handled so much better though. Granted there is a flag to say that you’ll be charged historical WUs (but coming from legacy plan, WUs don’t exist) but it seems there is a system in place to refund those coming from legacy plans?

Even just adding and extra line to say ‘you will be charged but as you are currently on a legacy plan contact … to get them waived’ would be better than nothing.
