Bubble Legacy Plan Change

I’m still on the legacy plan and due to the deadline, I want to upgrade my plan, but when I clicked on the button to make my choice, this message appeared:
“Are you sure you want to upgrade your app to the Starter (monthly) plan? When changing to this plan, you will be charged for all previous Workload Unit (WU) usage for this calendar month”
What does this mean? Will I have a charge this month that is even higher than the US$32 for the starter plan?

If you go above plan limit, yes, you will get charged more thant 32$. You can check how many WU you used this month. If you are already above, better to wait on oct 1st (anyway, you will be moved to new plan at this moment).

On which plan are you actually?

I am on Personal legacy plan.
I will use less than 50,000wu this month, so I will not be charged.

Hi there. The team actually released an update last week so that legacy plan users wouldn’t be charged for WU incurred while they were still in the legacy plan. I’m not sure why you were getting this.
Have you tried submitting a ticket to the support team? I’ll ask internally as well

Following up here, confirmed that there was an issue with the popup not displaying the most up to date info. A fix was deployed.
If you migrate into a new plan, you’ll only be billed for the WU you use from the day you migrated.
