Drag and drop sortable input form - Help

I found a post that might be usefull, but it’s use is to display data. As a Bubble newbie I still can’t figure out how to use it to input data and create the group / sub group structure dinamicaly.
I´ll be posting updates when/if I make progress.
Any insights will be appreciated.

Nested repeating groups?

Hi all, Few weeks into my Bubble journey and building an appointment scheduling app… I currently have an appointments screen built using a repeating group that looks like… [screen 1] I think it would look a lot better if it looked something like this… [screen 2] I’m thinking maybe a nested repeating group - but not sure where to start? My DB is very basic at the moment - just a single table… [screen 3] Would I be right in thinking there’s a 1:1 relationship between rows in my DB table…
