Does anyone have any hacks or tricks to dynamically change date format? Would like to be able to display date in either a month/day/year or day/month/year configuration so it’s relevant to users in a wider set of countries.

Unfortunately, the custom date format field doesn’t accept dynamic values…
But, if you’re only using 2 possible formatting options (as your posts suggests you are), then just use a condition (or a yes/no statement formatted as text).
