Dynamic link inside a text block where some text is a URL and some isn't

I’d like to create a dynamic text element that gives image credits from Unsplash.

Unsplash prefers the credits to look like this: “Photo by Jerry Seinfeld on Unsplash”

I can get both URLs no problem, I just can’t find a way to add the links to each of the bolded words above within the text element.

I tried Jerry Seinfeld but it doesn’t work.

Any ideas?

Use the rich text editor on the text box.
