Dynamic row addition/delete in a repeating group

I want help for creating dynamic row addition and delete in a repeating group using custom state. and each row has input field and dropdown value. the purpose is for the user to create variation of product before saving them with one click of a button

I used the first post "Dynamic row addition … " but im stuck with deleting rows, whenever I delete row, all the rows below it also being deleted, apparently the solution is to put initial content for the inputs, but it couldn’t do it for the dropdowns

Can you show screenshots of how the repeating group is setup, including the dropdown, and how you’re removing a line?
