I know that the question of adding infinite number of rows has been asked here and I know how to achieve this, but my question is, how does the user re-order this list on the page whilst still retaining the data within these fields?
Well you need to decide how you want to order your list, is it alphabetical, last logged in or most popular that day. you can then sort the list or you can create a order field.
The user will be able to drag the rows where they want them themselves. A bit like using dragable elements but they snap into place and each added row on the page represents a new thing
