Email confirmation not working when a user opens on another browser

For my email confirmation, when a user opens the email on the same browser its able to read the user but when the email link is opened on anther browser bubble will not be able to read that user from the token?

Can anyone please help me out with this? what I my missing

Interesting… it may have to do with a user only being logged into that browser, not the entire device. So by opening it in a new browser they are technically logged out and therefore cannot verify the email. Since the user is not signed in.
