Email on a Personal Plan

Hi

I am having trouble with emails being sent from my website using Bubble’s built email. In the logs it has been sent but no emails are reflecting in my gmail or any of my colleagues inboxes.

How many emails can be sent daily from the Bubble App?

The email service is extremely important to the running of the website. Any insight would be amazing.

Are you using sendgrid and have you verified your sender email?

You should also have a look at sendgrid dashboard, you’ll see if the emails are really sent.

And last, have you check your spams? Sendgrid emails often, or sometimes, are considered as spam.
